2008 Pledge Form
Arrive early at North Beach for good parking and a cup of hot chocolate (provided by Kiwanis). Get your wristband which then can be redeemed for a Splash and Dash T-shirt after the jump (while supplies last).
Jumpers who collect $150 or more will receive a 2008 SPLASH and DASH beachtowel before the jump. All proceeds collected should be turned in on January 1st.
